Our candles are hand rolled with love and care.

Each candle is adorned with a wooden embellishment and will give a rustic feeling to your home décor.

THE EMBELLISHMENTS FEATURED IN THE PHOTOS ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY.

All embellishments will be appropriate to the theme chosen, together with a hand printed message label.

All our candles have a 100% natural cotton wick and all decorations and packaging are either recyclable, re-usable or bio-degradable. The beeswax is locally sourced from beekeepers in the East Midlands, so we have traceability on our beeswax.

WHY BEESWAX
Beeswax is a natural by-product of honey production. As it is natural it contains no chemicals and is non-toxic and has its own natural fragrance. Beeswax candles burn with a beautiful clean and natural flame.

AS BEESWAX IS A NATURAL PRODUCT THE COLOUR OF YOUR CANDLES MAY VARY TO THOSE SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.

Beeswax can be yellow or golden in tone, through to amber and to a cream colour and any colour in between depending on what the bees were feeding on.

CARING FOR YOUR HAND ROLLED CANDLES

• Before lighting your Candle, trim the wick to 5mm long.
• When you light your candle, light the base of the wick not the tip.-
• On first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.-
• Never burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
• Trim your candle wick periodically to help maintain your candle for the best burning experience.
• Best way to extinguish the wick is to dunk the wick in the molten wax and straighten.

We will ask you to repack items carefully and return them to us.  We will refund you, less the cost of shipping, for product returned in a saleable condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• ​Custom or personalised orders

• Used or Part Used candles and tealights CANNOT be returned for refund.

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For personalised messages, please keep messages short as there is limited space on the label. Please ensure all spelling is correct at the time of ordering.
